Prepare the customization details required for your product, such as a name, initial, date, message, or selected font.
5. Send Your Customization via Chat
Return to the Bracevia homepage, tap the chat button, and send us your Order ID together with your personalization details.
6. Wait for Confirmation
Our team will review your information and confirm your personalization through chat.
7. Wait for Your Order
Once confirmed, your personalized item will be prepared and shipped to you.
