# Shipping Policy

**Last Updated: August 13, 2026**

At Bracevia, we believe the experience of purchasing jewelry should remain clear and considered from checkout through delivery.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Bracevia.store are processed, dispatched, transported, tracked, and delivered.

## 1. Order Processing

After an order is placed, it enters our order-processing workflow.

Processing may include payment verification, inventory confirmation, order review, quality-control procedures, packaging, personalization where applicable, and preparation for carrier collection.

Standard products and personalized products may have different processing requirements.

## 2. Personalized Orders

Personalized jewelry requires additional preparation because the product may need engraving or another form of customization.

Engraving and customization may add approximately **1–2 business days or more** to normal processing depending on order volume, complexity, holidays, and operational conditions.

Customers should carefully review all personalization details before ordering.

Once customization begins, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

## 3. Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations are determined during checkout.

Certain products, carriers, or destinations may be unavailable because of logistical, regulatory, customs, security, or carrier restrictions.

If we are unable to fulfill an order to the submitted destination, we will contact the customer when reasonably possible and provide an appropriate resolution.

## 4. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout before the customer completes payment.

Shipping promotions may occasionally be offered and may be subject to separate terms, minimum purchase requirements, eligible destinations, or promotional periods.

## 5. Delivery Estimates

Any shipping or delivery timeframe displayed by Bracevia is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Delivery timing begins after relevant processing and does not necessarily begin immediately when an order is submitted.

Carrier transit times may vary.

## 6. Factors Affecting Delivery

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Bracevia's direct control, including:

Carrier congestion.

Weather conditions.

Public holidays.

Customs inspections.

Border processing.

Transportation disruptions.

Regional restrictions.

Incorrect addresses.

Remote delivery locations.

High-volume shopping periods.

Unexpected logistics disruptions.

Natural disasters or other force majeure events.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing significant shipping problems.

## 7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information after an order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may require time to become active after a shipping label is created.

A temporary lack of tracking movement does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

## 8. Multiple Shipments

In certain circumstances, products within the same order may be shipped separately.

This may occur because products are stored or fulfilled from different facilities, have different processing requirements, or include personalized items.

Customers will not necessarily receive every product in an order in the same package or on the same day.

## 9. Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

This includes the recipient's name, street address, apartment or unit number where applicable, city, province/state/region, postal or ZIP code, country, and any other information required for successful delivery.

Bracevia is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer-provided address information to the extent permitted by applicable law.

## 10. Address Changes

If you discover an address error after ordering, contact [support@Bracevia.store](mailto:support@Bracevia.store) immediately.

We will attempt to update the information if the order has not entered a stage where modification is no longer possible.

Once a package has been transferred to a carrier, Bracevia cannot guarantee that the destination can be changed.

## 11. Failed Delivery

A package may be returned to sender due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, failure to collect the package, or other carrier-related reasons.

If a package is returned, contact our customer support team.

Depending on the circumstances, reshipping charges may apply.

## 12. Customs and Import Requirements

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import regulations, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or relevant authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, customers are responsible for understanding and paying applicable import charges.

Bracevia does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take.

## 13. Customs Delays

International orders may occasionally remain in customs processing longer than expected.

Such delays do not necessarily indicate that a parcel is lost.

Customers may be required to provide information or communicate with local customs authorities or carriers.

## 14. Restricted Destinations

We reserve the right to decline shipping to destinations where fulfillment is unavailable, commercially impractical, prohibited, or restricted by applicable law, carriers, payment providers, sanctions, or other legitimate operational requirements.

## 15. Packages Marked Delivered

When tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, customers should first:

Review the delivery location carefully.

Check with household members.

Check reception desks, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and building management where applicable.

Review carrier delivery notifications.

Contact the shipping carrier if necessary.

If the parcel remains missing, contact [support@Bracevia.store](mailto:support@Bracevia.store) with your order details.

We will review the circumstances and available tracking information.

## 16. Lost Packages

A package may be treated as potentially lost when tracking information and carrier investigation reasonably support that conclusion.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, carrier procedures, applicable law, and order status.

Bracevia may work with the carrier to investigate the shipment before issuing a replacement or other resolution.

## 17. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the exterior packaging and product before disposing of packaging materials whenever reasonably possible.

Contact [support@Bracevia.store](mailto:support@Bracevia.store) promptly with your order number and photographs.

This information helps us investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

## 18. Stolen Packages

Bracevia cannot guarantee the security of a package after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If you believe a delivered package was stolen, contact the carrier and relevant local authorities where appropriate.

You may also contact us so that we can review available delivery information.

## 19. Refused Packages

Customers should not refuse delivery as a substitute for following our authorized return procedure unless instructed to do so.

Refused packages may experience substantial delays and may generate additional transportation or handling charges.

## 20. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If Bracevia offers pre-order or backordered products, estimated availability or shipping information will be provided where reasonably possible.

These estimates may change because of production or logistics conditions.

## 21. Holiday Shipping

During major holidays and high-volume shopping periods, processing and carrier delivery may take longer than usual.

Customers purchasing gifts should order sufficiently early and recognize that estimated arrival dates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as such.

## 22. Order Modifications

Adding, removing, replacing, or modifying products after an order is placed may not always be possible.

Contact customer service promptly if a change is required.

## 23. Delivery Responsibility

Bracevia is responsible for fulfilling orders according to applicable contractual and consumer-law obligations.

Carriers are responsible for transportation operations within their networks.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when delivery issues arise, but remedies will depend on the specific facts and applicable law.

## 24. Returns After Delivery

Shipping and delivery do not replace our Return & Refund Policy.

Once an order is received, eligible customers may request a return according to that policy.

Personalized products may be subject to additional restrictions.
